The Race to the Border ratings will be based on current PHRF certificates. Galveston Bay PHRF and ORC certificates.

Getting a certificate is not as complicated as you think specially for cruising boats who normally do not have modifications. Don't wait until the last minute to get a certificate, May 11, 2007 is the deadline.
